About this event
This online weekend training will guide you through some theory and experiential practice of TRE® providing you opportunities to learn and explore your own TRE® practice. This workshop can stand alone as an introduction to this revolutionary, innovative health tool that is a natural, self empowering and self initiating exercise that almost everyone can use.
If you are interested in becoming a Certified TRE® provider, this module is the first level of the training (Module 2A and 2B, 2023 will be discussed in a post session zoom call)
Presession: this is a requirement of attending this session. You will meet with Wendy or Sara for 1 - 1.5 hours at an agreed upon time prior to the weekend workshop. This will be set up by Wendy or Sara once you register.

Your facilitators:
Wendy Morley is TRE® mentor and an advanced TRE® provider, Trainer Trainee. She lives near Sarnia, Ontario Canada. Wendy graduated from Western University with her B.A. honours in Kinesiology and Psychology. She went on to attain her Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a registered psychotherapist. Wendy has been a certified advanced Craniosacral / Somatoemotional release Therapist for over 20 years. She has also studied Reflexology and Qi gong. Wendy enjoys working with the mind/body integration and loves to share and teach her knowledge.
Sara Clark is a TRE® Mentor, advanced certified TRE® Provider, Social Worker (MSW, RSW), Registered International Expressive Arts therapist in Calgary, AB. Sara has over 20 years working with children, youth and families in AB, BC and SK working in cities and rural communities with diverse populations. Sara currently runs a private practice offering therapy and TRE® through Dandelion Family Counselling and works for Alberta Health Services as a Family Therapist.
