Let’s be honest, have you ever…• Thought a “ugh” when you saw yourself in the mirror and felt crappy for the entire day(s) after that?• Put yourself in a downward spiral by comparing you, and your body to someone else&#x27;s? • Have your entire day ruined because of all of the above?That’s the impact of a poor body-image. Much stronger than we thought, right?And it’s not just about your physical appearance! This sneaky bastard spreads in your mind and before you know it, you are just dragging yourself around when you should be owning the world like it is your runway.Improving your body image will help your become more confident, more grounded, and will lead you to unlock your femininity and sensuality while making them your best allies. How do you get there you ask? Don’t worry, that’s why we are here! <h2>This workshop is definitely for you if you want to:</h2>☑️ Change the way you see yourself in the mirror;☑️ Stop letting your body insecurities prevent you from living your life;☑️ Feel liberated &amp; confident in your day-to-day life; ☑️ Unlock your je-ne-sais-quoi that makes you extra special; and,☑️ Let your inner fire OUT 🔥!<h2>Through Unleashed &amp; Empowered, you will:</h2><ul><li>Understand and nurture your mind/body connection;</li><li>Learn to kick your body insecurities to the curb and make room for more lovin’;</li><li>Reclaim your Femininity in a Masculine world &amp; remove the negative stigma that don’t spark joy;</li><li>Discover sensuality, demystify it and give it the room it should have so you can score all of those liberating feelings!</li></ul>All of these with a sprinkle of fun and badassery! (we actually dropped the whole container into it, oops!)<h2>Timeline</h2>This workshop will last just over 3 hours to really take everything in and participate rush-free. We are mixing techniques with practice to keep the energy up and add extra fun. You will also get access to special deals :) !1:30pm: Meet &amp; Greet! You&#x27;re cordially invited to get comfortable with us before we dive in.2:00pm - 3:00pm : Everything around body-acceptance: what is the mind/body connection, how to deal with your body-insecurities and get to a positive body-image) + Q&amp;A time .15-minute BREAK3:15pm - 4:45pm: Reclaiming Femininity &amp; Discovering Sensuality: how to tap into them, make them your own and turn them into strength so you can feel liberated and on top of the world + Q&amp;A time.<h2>About us:</h2>We are Juliette &amp; Fanny, founders of <a href="http://www.scandaleusephotography.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Scandaleuse</a> in Toronto, ON and we cannot WAIT to share all of our knowledged with you! We are very allergic to unreachable beauty standards and nonsense expectations, especially around womanhood.
