UNTAPPED is back — and this time, we're taking over Ottawa City Hall.

After three incredible events filled with meaningful conversations, powerful connections, inspiring guests, and unmatched energy, we're excited to invite you to the fourth edition of Ottawa's fastest-growing youth networking experience.

UNTAPPED was created to bring together the next generation of leaders, creators, entrepreneurs, students, professionals, and changemakers in a space designed to inspire opportunity, collaboration, and community. What began as a simple idea has quickly grown into a movement, bringing together hundreds of young people from across Ottawa who are looking to connect, learn, and grow.

As we enter an election year, this edition of UNTAPPED will place a special focus on leadership, civic engagement, entrepreneurship, and community impact.

We're excited to welcome Sherrod Baltimore as our keynote speaker.

Sherrod is a professional CFL athlete, entrepreneur, and founder of Clean Dream Services Inc., one of Ottawa's premier cleaning companies serving commercial, industrial, residential, and construction clients. Through his journey as both a professional athlete and successful business owner, Sherrod has demonstrated what it means to lead with discipline, resilience, vision, and purpose. He will share lessons from his personal and professional journey, offering valuable insights for young people looking to build successful careers, businesses, and lives.

We are also excited to welcome representatives from Elections Ottawa, who will join us to discuss the importance of civic engagement and participation as Ottawa prepares for another important election season. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about local democracy, youth participation, and ways to get involved in shaping the future of our city.
