Overview
Join us in a cozy craft workshop where we'll upcycle preloved jewelry, vintage buttons, + found objects into whimsical beaded bookmarks!
In this hands-on session, interdisciplinary artist Justice Walz (@faerie.fluff) will teach you DIY wire-working + beading techniques and guide you through making your own unique beaded bookmarks!
Supplies and guidance will be provided for you to get creative with making your bookmarks, including:
- metal bookmark hooks
- wire, chain, yarn, and string
- tools (pliers and wire cutters)
- reclaimed beads and old jewelry
- vintage buttons
- found objects
All materials provided, though guests are encouraged to bring scrap jewelry, beads, and small objects to incorporate/upcycle into your designs!
