Learn all about keeping bees in the city through lectures and demos by both professional beekeepers and members of the Toronto Beekeepers Collective. Topics include: The Life and Times of the Honeybee, what urban beekeepers do and how you can get involved, Ontario Bee Act and what it means for keeping backyard bees and bees at your cottage or farm, the use of products derived from bees as medicine, and much more.  
At our market place you will be able to buy a range of bee products including honey, fabulous skin care, beekeeping equipment, and more.
A delicious lunch is included in the price.
 
The regular general admission price is $55, with a special price of $45 for 60+ and students, with ID. A limited number of scholarships are also available.
