Welcome to the Urban Workout Summer Series! Classes are held every Monday and Thursday at 7PM  in various locations around Vancouver. 
Do you hate training indoors when the weather gets nice? 
Well come out Monday June 4th @ 7PM. We will meet directly underneath the cambie street bridge at the basketball court located on the yaletown side.  
What to expect? A blend of cardio meets yoga meets strength training. The class runs roughly 60 minutes and we will use just your body weight... and sometimes a partners too!   
Cost: $10 
WHERE: Under the Cambie Street Bridge (yaletown side)
WHEN: 7:00pm
