UX Centre Stage

Ladies that UX - London, Ontario

For beginners to experts, UX Centre Stage will feature UX professionals from Detroit, Kitchener-Waterloo, as well as London. They’ll share their experiences and methods, and how to succeed in the industry from a woman’s perspective. 
We want London to be known as a city that values design, tech and UX with a focus on diversity, so the event celebrates women in tech, but is open to everyone. It’s an opportunity to meet new design and tech enthusiasts and network with your colleagues. You’re also invited to unwind at our social after the conference.

FAQs
Is lunch provided? No, but several restaurants are within walking distance. If you prefer to bring a lunch, an outdoor courtyard on the premises will be open for our use, weather permitting.
Accessibility? The London Public Library is wheelchair accessible. Service animals and support persons are welcome to attend the conference. There is no charge for a support person’s attendance, but they are required to reserve a ticket.
Parking? Parking is available in the underground Citi Plaza London parking lot. You may enter the parking lot via King Street or Wellington Road. We have a special discounted rate for all day! Please purchase your discounted parking ticket and you will receive it during registration for the event.
Public transit? Transit routes can be found at <A HREF="http://www.ltconline.ca/Routes.htm#second-section" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="London transit commission website" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">London Transit Commission</A> (LTC).  Every LTC bus that travels through downtown stops within 2 blocks of the Central Library. For more information, call 519-451-1347 or go to <A HREF="http://www.ltconline.ca" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="LTC WebWatch" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">LTC WebWatch (ltconline.ca)</A> and use the drop-down menus to select a route, direction and stop and you will be given the next three arrival times and destination for that stop based on live data. Each stop location in the drop-down list is followed by its corresponding bus stop ID number.
 Note: There will be a photographer taking photos and/or videos at the event. By attending the event, you agree to have photos and/or videos taken unless otherwise requested. These photos may be used in future promotional materials or shared on social media. If you would prefer not to have your photo taken, please let us know in advance.
