<H2><STRONG>About the Workshop</STRONG></H2>
<P>MOTR is a series of in-person business development workshops. The MOTR curriculum has been brought to Genesis from <A HREF="https://www.marsdd.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MaRS Discovery District</A>, Canada’s largest innovation hub!</P>
<P>What’s special about MOTR? Unlike any other program in Atlantic Canada, MOTR is a collaborative approach to entrepreneurial leadership!</P>
<P>The tools and frameworks covered in the workshop will help you to lower the risk associated with launching your new product or business. Our approach will also help new ventures to better understand how sales and marketing activities can be organized to land the first customers.</P>
<P>PART ONE:</P>
<P>The value proposition is a statement that reflects a new venture’s most fundamental decisions, including target customer, problem to be solved and which product solution to offer. This workshop will help participants create a sustainable value proposition that is validated through customer and peer appraisal.</P>
<P>PART TWO:</P>
<P>In part two of this workshop, participants will learn how to conduct customer interviews in order to receive customer feedback on their value proposition. This will ensure that the business idea is valid. Participants should walk away with questionnaires ready to be executed.  </P>
