Let the music move you!VIBE &amp; FLOW is a 90-minute yoga flow led by Lucila featuring live tunes spun by DJ Celestial. Exploring movement, stillness and guided meditation. <ul><li>VIBE &amp; FLOW is an in-person event at the Bronson Center; Room #098</li><li>Maximum capacity: 20 people</li><li>All of our classes are introductory (beginner-friendly) in nature – all ages and bodies are welcome.</li><li>We have mats. Tea and cookies will be served. Please bring your own water bottle.</li></ul>
