Agenda

We will kick off the detox on Tuesday October 15th. In this kick off Christina will talk about how and why we detox. We will dig deep into our why creating an anchor statement and designing the elements of our detox based on how we want to feel next. Christina will weave in elements from the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and traditional science to help guide participants. You will leave this session with a clear action plan of what you will do next for the detox, and feel highly motivated to get started!

Detox Kickoff: October 15, 2024 - Easing In

In this call, we will talk about taking our detox a little deeper - for those who choose. Christina will help you decide if you want to go deeper and how do to it. We will also share our wins, and discuss challenges with strategies we can use to keep moving forward. 

Going Deeper Call: Friday October 18, 2024

In our check in calls, we will share our wins and talk about our challenges. Christina will guide you with small action steps and tips to make your detox experience smooth. Each time we will revisit our anchor statements in order to deeply understand the reason behind why we are detoxing. You will feel leave the session feeling highly motivated to move into the next phase of detoxing.

Check In Calls: #3 & #4 - October 20 and 23, 2024

In this call we will discuss slowly easing out of detox. What do you want to take forward with you into your next evolution? What are you ready to let go of? 

Easing Out Call: Sunday October 27, 2024

In our wrap up call Christina we will reflect on our detox, successes and lessons learned. This is only the beginning. We will talk about what habits we want to carry into the next phases of our lives. Where are we going next? Who are we becoming? What do we want to take away from our detox into the the person we are becoming next?
