Joel Edmiston hosts a night of comedy at an unlikely venue, a video store, the incredible Eyesore Cinema located in the Bloor/Dufferin area. And yes, he will be theming things around the location, and oh, it is in October of course, so Joel will be leaning into horror movie comedy. It won't be scary really, but it will be funny, and maybe scary. But if you like horror movies or movies in general (or even if you hate movies), you will find the humour humourous.But if you hate Joel, it's all good because there is a fantastic lineup including:Everardo Ramirez (Album: Goodbye Horses)Alex Ateah (Album: Experiencing Discomfort)Bita Joudaki (CBC, The Beaverton)Chris Locke (Crave Special: Captain Bones, Evil Men Podcast)And yes, hosted by Joel Edmison (so many credits too many to list, but for example, he has a tiktok account where he narrates videos of his cat in the bath, doesn't love to brag about it, but account has 284K followers, but if you follow that account maybe you would come to this show?)Oh, and also, this will be in celebration of Joel's comedy album, I'm The Greatest, out October 27th (so two days after show and yes I will be revealing the album art at the show, and ya surprise I am Joel).So come on down to Eyesore Cinema (1176 Bloor St) to see hilarious comedy and maybe rent a dvd or buy a bluray or VHS.
