Virtuous Pie

Join us for an all Vegan Holiday Dinner on Sunday, December 24th at Virtuous Pie.
We are bringing together friends, family, neighbours and new faces for a family style meal to celebrate the holiday season while raising money for <A HREF="http://www.backpackbuddies.ca" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Backpack Buddies</A>.
Backpack Buddies is a non-profit organization, dedicated to reducing childhood hunger in Metro Vancouver, through the delivery of backpacks filled with food to feed children over the weekend. Backpack Buddies works with 30 schools around Greater Vancouver: 13 schools that donate into their program each month, and 17 recipient schools, feeding over 1,460 children each month. The money raised will go directly towards meals for children ($10 can feed one child six meals plus fruits and snacks). 
SEATINGS: 
We are offering two seatings* for the event.
First Seating: 12.30 - 3.30pm  |  Doors open at 12.30pm. Food Service at 1pm 
Second Seating: 5.30 - 8.30pm  |  Doors open at 5.30pm. Food Service at 6pm
 
*Please ensure you purchase your tickets based on what seating you would like to attend. Limited seats per service. 
 
TICKETS INCLUDE:
Family Style Meal 
BEER & WINE: You are welcome to bring your own wine bottes (no corkage fee), or purchase from our list of local craft beer or wine at the event.
 
 
THE MENU
 
<H4>SOUP</H4>
Oven roasted butternut squash soup with a parmesan crisp (GF)
 
<H4>MAIN</H4>
Mushroom and lentil en croute served with:
Twice baked garlic mash potatoes
Maple roasted carrots and roast parsnips
Chilli charred balsamic sprouts
Apple cranberry stuffing
Gravy
 
<H4>DESSERT</H4>
Gingerbread Cake with salted caramel and roast apples 
Served with vanilla ice cream and a candied tuile 
 
*Proceeds from ticket sales will go to Backpack Buddies.
