Voice Activation Workshop

Come use your voice to embody techniques and modalities that have shifted people out of trauma, anxiety and overwhelm into peace and ease.

In the past 10 years of being a Clinical Hypnotist emotionally supporting others, there's one struggle that almost everyone is experiencing. A feeling of overwhelming emotions that blocks them from the way they want to feel and the life they want to live.

Many have pushed down, suppressed, or ignored their wants, needs and desires for so long that they don't know where to start. They feel stuck, lost and unsure of what to do. What they don't realize is that there are emotional and energetic blocks in the throat chakra that need to be released.

I'll be combining 20+ years of experience in supporting and empowering others into this day workshop in a way that feels freeing and ease-filled.

In this workshop we will be utilizing powerful modalities and techniques. Here are some of the things we’ll be doing:

• Connecting to our heart and truth through a Cacao Ceremony
• Learning to move and release blocks in our throat chakra
• Understanding how to process emotions without attaching to the story of them
• Tuning into your body as a way to connect to your voice
• Move old stale stuck energy through the body
