Reset Your Relationship - A 2-Day Couples Retreat by Anchored Together
A 2-day, therapist-led retreat to help you break stuck patterns, reconnect, and strengthen your relationship.
When life gets busy, stressful, or painful, it can become hard to find your way back to each other.
If communication feels tense, conflict keeps repeating, or emotional distance has started to grow, this weekend retreat offers space to slow down, reconnect, and begin moving forward together.
Led by experienced couples therapists Kathleen Murphy, MSW, RSW and Merel Voth, MSW, RSW, this 2-day immersive retreat is designed to help couples better understand the patterns keeping them stuck, strengthen communication, and rebuild connection in a supportive, structured environment.
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit. You simply need to be willing to show up and invest in your relationship.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method, this retreat offers practical tools, meaningful conversations, and guided experiences that help couples move beyond surface-level time together and toward deeper understanding, repair, and connection.
Retreat hours: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM both days.
Facilitated by: Kathleen Murphy, MSW, RSW and Merel Voth, MSW, RSW.
Venue: Fountain Commons, Acadia University
