Red Lion Smokehouse is a barbecue restaurant and smokehouse in Thunder Bay’s waterfront district. We love great food and good beer so we created a place where you can enjoy both. Our beer list is made up of craft brews from local breweries as well as our favourite British and American brews. Join us for a rejuvenating Wellness Day dedicated to nourishing your body, mind, and spirit.

Hosted in partnership with Red Lion Smokehouse and New Earth Wellness, this uplifting afternoon is packed with activities to help you reset, reconnect, and recharge.🧘‍♀️ Breathwork &amp; Yoga Class 1:45 PM – 3:15 PM Level up by learning how to use your breath and body for increased health and wellness. A guided Yoga &amp; Breathwork session led by Melanie Ollivier from New Earth Wellness will leave you feeling refreshed, open and ready for more. You will learn conscious breathing techniques for reducing stress and anxiety, improving mental clarity, focus and performance, increasing energy and balancing the nervous system. Breathwork paired with Yoga opens up the body and mind to a new level, contributing to your health and well-being.🛍️ Local Wellness Vendors 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Explore a curated selection of vendors offering wellness products, services, and holistic health advice. From natural skincare to energy healing, there’s something for every wellness seeker.🥗 Nutrition Information &amp; Tips Learn about balanced eating, healing foods, and practical tips to support your overall wellness from experts in the field.🍽️ Healing Dinner Starting at 4:00 PM Cap off your day with a specially crafted Healing Dinner by Red Lion Smokehouse, featuring wholesome, nutrient-rich dishes designed to nourish and restore.This is your chance to unwind, learn, and connect with a community focused on well-being.✨ Admission is free for vendor fair and info sessions | Pre-registration recommended for Breathwork/Yoga and Healing Dinner
