Ushering in a new wave of wellness warriors, Trill Yoga founder - Claire Fountain will host and moderate a panel of likeminded peers and experts who have figured out how to make fitness and a healthy lifestyle conscious, cool, unconventional and real.
 
Covering topics such as why wellness matters now more than ever, where alternative fitness trends fit in, breaking stigmas in this space, and how to position health as a lifestyle – this group of trendsetters will give insight on wellness for your life today. 
Panelists include: 
Lucy Mountain, fitness blogger 
King Cook, vegan chef 
Mercedes Benson, style blogger 
 
Claire will be teaching a 45-minute complimentary yoga class, followed by the panel and chat. 
 
Light bites and drinks provided.
