We're bringing back our popular Japanese cooking class - at a distance! Our talented Exec will be cooking daifuku and "maple-rashi" dango.

About this event

Join the JETAA Ottawa Exec as we bring our "Japanese Cooking 101" class online for 2021! In this FREE event, we'll be coming together through Zoom to cook two Japanese favourites with a Canadian-twist; Daifuku (mochi filled with sweet red bean paste) and "Maple-rashi" dango (sweet and savory dumpling skewers).

Buy your own ingredients and follow along in your own kitchen, or simply tune in for tips and tea with your JETAA friends. We'll be starting at 4 pm ET and then breaking for a beverage to enjoy our treats and catch up following the session. You are welcome to tune in for the whole event, a single recipe, or just for tea as you'd like.
