Hmmmm.So, how do you find out what your next book or chapter will look like? Or even the next page? What changes need to happen to get you unstuck and flip that next page?Is it ending that relationship?Quitting your job?Applying to that school?Making that move?How will you get the courage and clarity you need in order to move forward boldly and respond to that restless part of you that JUST WANTS MORE?If you don’t do something about it now, what will your life look like in 3 months? And are you OK with that?Welcome to the WHAT NEXT PROJECT - an 8 week program for people in transition (personally, professionally, relationally) who need a fresh perspective on who they truly are and want to squeeze the most they possibly can out of life.So…FACT #1 - Most people don’t even know WHERE to start and so they don’t start at all. Sara thinks she’s the head of her home in Kelowna BC Canada, where she resides with her 3 beautiful teenagers, Her 2 yorkies (Stella and Ruby), is a lover of alpine skiing/fitness and anything that pushes her mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally, to achieve greater heights of freedom, strength, Love, peace, happiness and potential. His practice has now moved to his hometown in Canada. Nico is certified through the Co-Active Training Institute and began coaching through the non-profit &amp; faith-based sector. Nico specializes in walking with clients to navigate failure, grief, loss, and also new beginnings, including how to start a business and creatively approach the achievement of goals and dreams. He is a musician, adventure seeker, and entrepreneur who has built several successful companies, raised two beautiful children, and survived the loss of his wife and father. He believes that the essence of coaching is to be with someone fully, to help people dig deep into themselves and have the courage to take risks that bring true fulfillment.
