A powerful, heart-centered keynote rooted in Indigenous teachings, designed to support mental health, strengthen families and inspire.
Which Wolf Do You Feed? is a powerful, heart-centered keynote and/or workshop rooted in Indigenous teachings, designed to support mental health, strengthen families, and inspire personal growth. Centered around the traditional story of the two wolves—the one representing fear, anger, and disconnection, and the other representing love, courage, and compassion.
This experience invites participants to reflect on the choices they make every day and how those choices shape their lives, relationships, and wellbeing. Through storytelling, lived experience, and teachings, Shawna creates a safe and engaging space where participants can:
• Explore mental health in a way that is relatable, culturally meaningful, and stigma-reducing
• Understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors impact family dynamics and community wellbeing
• Build self-awareness and emotional resilience
• Reconnect with values like love, respect, humility, and honesty
• Feel empowered to make positive choices—even in the face of trauma, adversity, and life challenges
This program is especially impactful for Indigenous communities, as it honors culture, identity, and traditional knowledge while addressing real-life experiences many individuals and families face today. Participants leave not only inspired, but with practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to “feed the good wolf” in their everyday lives—supporting stronger individuals, healthier families, and more connected communities.
