That’s why we would love to share the why and how of groups focused on your wellbeing. How can we find meaningful ways to reconnect in life-giving relationships? How can we be intentional in our decisions to gather for our own good?Research reinforces that our overall well-being is enhanced when we are well-connected. Join us to explore meaningful ways you can connect with people that benefit everyone followed by a Q&amp;A with Sarah Covey, Registered Psychotherapist and founder Covey Wellness Centre. Explore the difference between support groups, psychotherapy groups, psycho-education groups and more. The goal in groups is to facilitate rich, meaningful conversations that help you navigate your journey. What is the group you need?
