A 6-week program facilitated by a naturopathic doctor, and mom, to cultivate community, and build confidence, purpose, and connection.

In our 6 weeks of virtual gatherings, you&#x27;ll learn a lot, and be guided through a variety of topics about motherhood and parenting by a naturopathic doctor. But perhaps more importantly, you will have real conversations about motherhood, and build lifelong connections with other mamas. The kind that leave you feeling whole, connected and confident. Motherhood is the most transformative experience in the world, but I know it can also be exhausting, lonely and overwhelming. If you are feeling this way, this is the program for you. *Please note - the Facilitator is not providing services as a naturopathic doctor but as a Facilitator or educator only. You are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being during the Program. Any decision you make as a result of what you have learned in the Program is your own choice and responsibility. More on this in the documents that follow registration.
