Wise-Self Wander

Wise-Self Wander

High ParkToronto, ON
Sunday, May 31  •  11 AM - 1 PM
Overview

A therapist-guided outdoor experiential using somatic and nature-based practices to reconnect you with yourself.

What is this?

An invitation to step outside...literally, and let the natural world become your guide.

In this two-hour outdoor experience, you will be led through a series of practices designed to help you reconnect with a part of yourself that already knows: your Inner Wise Self. This is the quiet, deep knowing that lives beneath thought, the part of you that has wisdom in particular situations, that senses something beyond what you've been taught.

Nature has a way of reflecting what we carry inside. In this wander, you will meet that reflection.

What to expect

We begin together with a short introduction and orientation. From there, you will move through a series of experiential skill practices, solo time wandering on the land, a practice of deep listening and dialogue, and a closing circle where we gather to share and integrate the felt experience.

Each phase is held within a gentle time structure, with guidance offered at the start of the experience. What unfolds within that time is yours.

Total duration: 2 hours Format: Outdoor, experiential, somatic Held in a small group

  • You are drawn to nature as a place of healing or reflection
  • You are sitting with a question, a decision, or a life transition
