Amazing things can happen when women get together. We create and hold spaces where this can happen. We're especially interested in seeing all women identified people in community with one another - regardless of race, ethnicity, sexuality, religion, socioeconomic status, and every other boundary that exists in our social spheres.

The Womxn

Join us for our third annual International Women's Day event! It doesn't matter who you are or where you're from - you're invited to join us as we celebrate the amazing, diverse collection of womxn in our community. Everyday, we actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, and broaden perceptions - On Sunday, March 8th, we celebrate all of these achievements as we confidently look towards our next challenges. Bring your friends, family, children, colleagues, imaginary friends, fantasy football squad...whoever you want! We'll have snacks, music, local art, and plenty of inspirational womxn - including keynote speaker <A HREF="https://policy-practice.oxfam.org.uk/blog/author/wazhma-frogh" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Wazhma Frogh</A>! Proceeds to benefit Waterloo Region Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Treatment Centre and YWCA Kitchener-Waterloo.
When you select your ticket, you will select the amount you wish to donate to one or both of these deserving charities!
