Working Together Through Differences: Conflict Resolution for Communities
We will take a look at how to improve our communities in ways that are meaningful and sustainable. This workshop will help you identify the causes of conflict in your community and introduce practical and effective tools for conflict resolution. Through guided activities, reflections, and insights led by Community Development Specialists with extensive community development experience, participants will enhance their confidence in handling conflict and explore what it means to effectively mediate conflict in community and professional settings. You will learn how to foster respectful conversations in order to build stronger connections.
This session is part of an ongoing community training series offered by Yonge Street Mission.
