Participants build skills to notice emotions and thoughts without overwhelm and return to calm more quickly
This workshop supports participants in developing practical skills to notice emotions and thoughts without becoming overwhelmed, and to return to a sense of calm more quickly. Through guided exercises and reflection, participants learn to understand their emotional responses and build strategies for self-regulation in everyday situations.
Practices include building emotional awareness, observing thoughts without judgment, breath regulation, and integrating body-based grounding tools.
Participants leave with improved emotional regulation, greater self-awareness, and a reduced tendency to react impulsively in stressful moments.
