By completing this training, you’ll gain new skills and have on-going access to resources for you, your team members and workplace that will support your mental, emotional and financial wellbeing – without adding more to your overloaded plate!Sessions are available in-person from 9 am-5:15 pm on:<ul><li>March 22nd in Chatham at the Retro Suites Hotel</li><li>March 23rd in Dorchester at the Dorchester Golf &amp; Country Club</li></ul>What is included?<ul><li>training support from The Burnout Clinic</li><li>opportunity to network</li><li>lunch</li><li>wellbeing kit</li><li>a certificate to demonstrate participation in the course</li><li>time alone in your car to rock out to your favourite music or listen to a great podcast!</li></ul>You&#x27;ll learn how to:<ul><li>Connect deeply with your employees to establish trust and create psychological safety for a healthy workplace culture.</li><li>Skills to lead and communicate with your teams that will support their development and deepen their motivation to stay.</li><li>Train your team to utilize the principles of work-life fulfillment, aligning workplace and personal values to tap into deep motivation that keeps your teams engaged.</li><li>Monitor the mental and emotional wellbeing of your employees and initiate the proper course of action to recover and maintain a healthy workplace.</li><li>Manage your own energy and properly right-size workloads to accomplish day to day tasks and outcomes without overloading yourself and your teams</li></ul>To make this training accessible, Ontario&#x27;s Southwest has subsidized the ticket cost and for only $35/attendee, you&#x27;ll receive over $1,000 of value.Commitment to Safety During COVID-19: We take the health and safety of everyone attending the training sessions seriously.
