Join us as we celebrate the bounty of our beautiful garden beds, the produce of August Organic, and the fine Holstein Wagyu beef from Jeff Nonay, while raising money for the Canadian Culinary Fund. The evening will include a welcome reception, four course meal paired with local craft beers and cocktails, inspired by the bounty of the garden, all served al fresco (weather permitting, in the event of rain the event will still proceed, but indoors).

The Canadian Culinary Fund was created to help attract, nurture and develop Edmonton's next generation of young talented chefs. We host the High School Culinary Challenge annually to encourage these young cooks to pursue this career. We also select 2-4 students each year and offer them full scholarships to NAIT's cook trade apprenticeship program, while placing them in some of Edmonton's finest kitchens, helping them along as they begin their culinary career. Help us support this organization as we develop the endowment fund so we may continue this work for years to come!
