How to turn insight to action by prioritizing recommendations and measuring success.

This interactive workshop will be facilitated by <A HREF="https://res.im/about/brian-frank/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Brian Frank</A> and <A HREF="https://res.im/about/jonathan-kochis/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jonathan Kochis</A>. 
Brian is a multi-disciplinary researcher with a deep knowledge of human behaviour. His skillset includes quantitative and qualitative research methods, strategy, project management, facilitation, usability testing, information architecture, and copywriting.
Jonathan is ResIM’s seasoned UX leader and strategist. He’s been around large web projects since 2002 before starting ResIM in 2006 and Treble Apps in 2014. He is UX Certified by the Nielsen Norman Group and has worked directly with clients including global brands like 3M, Samsonite, and Staples, early-stage start-ups, and large public sector institutions.
