How do I join the Zoom workshop?

This event will be held by Zoom. Log in to EventBrite and go to the event page. The Zoom link will be activated at 8:30 am on the day of the event. Please ensure that you have a reliable internet connection.

Will there be breaks?

Yes. There will be a 5-minute break at 10 am.

Question 3

Can I ask questions during the workshop?

The presenter will take questions about using STRATACCOUNT. The presenter will stay on after 11 am to answer additional questions. Participants may also communicate with one another via chat.

Question 4

If I cancel will I get  refund?

Accepted Answer

Request a refund in Eventbrite or send an email to workshops@visoa.bc.ca. Receive a full refund when you cancel with at least 7 calendar days notice.  With 3-6 calendar days notice, you'll receive a refund less a $10 administration fee. There is no refund for less than 3 days notice or no notice.
