Participate in the first ever ai hackathon. Put on by FunNights and XHacks.

Calling vibe coders, agentic engineers, and old school coders, we challenge you to build the best app you can in two hours. Put in a truly great effort, and you will win the grand prize of 150$. Help us grow and the prize will continue to grow!

Anyone can participate regardless of their skill level, and with the allowed use of AI tools, virtually anyone can participate.

Sign up as a group of two, or three people, and use you team work to help you achieve the grand prize. You may also register as an individual participant, and as some work better alone, the blueprint fully within their mind, these participants may be stronger.

You may use Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Kimi, Qwen, Deepseek, and any other AI model or coding tool. You can even use more than one model during the two hour window.

You will be given a loose prompt, and based on that prompt, each team or participant will set off on developing the best app they can create based on the prompt.

You’ll send your code in a file with short instructions (in a zip if large), and after a 30 minute break, the winners will be announced live.

First prize will be 150 dollars, 2nd prize will be 75 dollars, and 3rd prize will be 50 dollars.

The tournament takes place at 7:30 Eastern time on July 22nd.
