In a workshop setting, you learn how to explore the unique qualities of yoga poses, asanas, and supported relaxation techniques that help us align our body with our breath; creating space for freedom of movement, creativity, and self-expression through dance. With regular practice, we learn to become more mindful in our practices—allowing us to cultivate inner peace both on and off the mat. When combined with dance movements designed specifically for each individual’s interests and goals, this type of therapy can be truly transformative.
