Registered Yoga Teacher, Christine Wu, will guide you through a peaceful yin-yang yoga flow, while your practice is enhanced by original spatial sound compositions. Spatial sound inherently puts your mind and body into a receptive state allowing for deep relaxation, perfect for the active meditation of yoga. This 2 hour workshop concludes with the healing vibrations of live singing bowls in conjunction with the spatial sound system. The first Yoga class at Lobe, this event is highly anticipated. We are only offering 16 spots to ensure a comfortable and individualized experience for each participant.
