Take a break and recharge with a refreshing yoga class designed to help you relax, stretch, and restore balance. After the session, enjoy meaningful social activities including conversation circles and arts &amp; crafts, offering a chance to connect with others in a fun and welcoming environment. This event is a perfect opportunity to move your body, nurture your creativity, and build community while unwinding in a supportive and stress-free space. All experience levels are welcome.*Note: Women and Women identifying individuals are welcome. This is a recurring event happening every Tuesday.
