Join us for a relaxing yoga session with soul-healing music to promote wellness and raise funds for the CSI Food Bank.

Conestoga College - Kitchener Downtown

<p>This in-person event will be held in a calm, welcoming atmosphere; participants can expect to connect with their inner souls through a soothing yoga session that helps them develop self-care and healing, bring themselves to relaxation, and feel recharged with soul-healing music and a scented atmosphere.</p><p>A yoga instructor will be invited to walk through the session with participants, and the goal is to help promote health and wellness to improve their lifestyle through yoga and raise funds for the Foodbank.</p>
