Event Description:Join us on July 26th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chillhouse for a rejuvenating experience that blends yoga, the wisdom of Chinese medicine, and the soothing art of sound harmonization.Details:Tickets are $60 each.The event starts at 10a.m. with AUM sound tuning and simple Qi Gong movements, working with the fire element for summer. followed by mobility yoga for joints to free the Qi and prepare us for Yin poses and shaking and tapping. After a short break, we will relax with Yoga Nidra and a Tama-Do Sound Harmonization which uses gentle natural elemntal sounds to harmonizes our chakras.We will then have a chance to take our snacks and refreshements outside and down by the river for a few minutes of reflection and relaxation. Please feel free to bring your favorite snack.While the studio does have some yoga mats available, we encourage you to bring your own mat and any props that will make you feel comfortable, such as blankets and cushions.Please note that parking is not available at the venue. There is free parking at Thornhill Park &amp; Outdoor Swimming Pool, a 2 minute walk from Chill House. About Us:We, Rula and Hedyeh, met in Bali during a Yoga and women's health training. Our shared passion for holistic wellness inspired us to create this unique event, combining our expertise to help you find balance and harmony.Rula Wardeh - Ananda Yoga Space (Jordan)Rula is a yoga teacher based in Jordan and her approach to yoga is trauma-sensitive, emphasizing that yoga is for everybody and serves as a tool for fostering a deeper connection between the mind and body. Transitioning from years of corporate work, Rula has become a lifelong student of yoga and its philosophies.A Brief Overview of Her Journey:<ul><li>Self-Practice since 2006</li><li>180Hr Hatha Yoga Certification from Yoga Tree, Toronto, Canada (2010)</li><li>Pre-Natal Yoga Certification by Urban Yoga, Vancouver (2012)</li><li>50Hr Yin Yoga Certification with Alena Calinescu at GoodLife Fitness (2013)</li><li>Yoga Teacher Training Course (July 2016): Scholarship by the Indian Embassy in Amman to SVYASA University, Bangalore</li><li>50Hr Advanced Yin Yoga Course from Trimurti Yoga, Goa, India (2017)</li><li>69Hr Online Yin Yoga &amp; Chinese Medicine with Jo Phee (2019)</li></ul>Rula pioneered Yin Yoga in Jordan in 2012, and her passion and dedication to the practice have continued to grow.Her passion for sharing Yin Yoga and its philosophies is reflected in her 2-day and 5-day immersion courses, focusing on the five elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine from a Yin Yoga perspective.you can find out more about Rula and her journey on her website:https://www.anandayogaspace.com/homeHedyeh - Sound, color, and movementHedyeh has been sturdying sound after exeriencing a transformative sound healing session at Bumi Festival a couple of years ago. She has travelled to Bali and Switzerland to attend trainings and expand her knowledge. She is currently finishing a certification program with Tama-Do Academy of Sound, Color, and Movement based on Chinese Medicine and working with Tuning Forks.
