Hear from researchers about the exciting work being conducted, learn about available services, and take a tour to see the advanced equipment.P﻿lease note that tours will involve visiting a cleanroom and guests will need to wear the provided cleanroom apparel to access these spaces.York University Microfabrication Facility (YMF), jointly supported by the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) programme and the Lassonde School of Engineering, is one of the leading research facilities for micro/nano technologies in Canada. The Facility consists of a Class 10,000 Microfabrication Cleanroom and an Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory, both of which are located on York University&#x27;s Keele Campus.Tour participants also have the option of visiting the Canadian Planetary Space Simulator (CAPS) microscope lab featuring a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometer.YMF is the first facility in York University to provide a comprehensive and one-stop solution to micro/nano device prototyping and production for multi-disciplinary research, including microelectronics, micro-electro-mechanical-systems (MEMS), microfluidics, bioengineering, space engineering, etc.As a member of the CMC MNT network, YMF welcomes internal and external users from both academia and industry.L﻿earn more about the <a href="https://sparc.info.yorku.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">York Microfabrication Facility</a>.
