Making Changes Association

The YYC-Chic Gala is an annual fundraiser organized by Making Changes to support the delivery of its programs.  The event is an evening reception where guests are treated to hors d’oeuvres, musical entertainment, a silent auction, a fashion show highlighting the best in local fashion and the opportunity to shop pop-up kiosks created by several local retailers. Over 350 people attended our event in the fall of 2018. Predominantly professional women, they represented our diverse community. Feedback by attendees, pop-up retailers and sponsors has been tremendous.  Most importantly we were able to raise (net) $58,000 to support our programs.
The format for 2019 will be the same as in previous years. As in 2018, all attendees will be offered seats to enjoy the fashion show, and we will be offering VIP packages that include table seating.  All of our sponsorship packages for this event will include free VIP tickets. Food and swag bags are included in the price.
There will be silent auction items, raffle prizes, Sparkle bags and more. 
 The Style Guys, Jason and Aly, will be our Emcees for the entire event, which will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at The Hudson - 200 8th Ave SW, 6th Floor, Calgary, AB
