Shediac Multipurpose Centre

La Ville de Shediac et le Centre de ressources et crises familiales Beauséjour présente la journée je me sens bien le samedi 24 avril. Cette journée dédiée aux femmes de 50 ans et plus. Cette journée démontra diverses activités pour encourager le mieux-être. Même si cette journée est dédiée aux femmes de 50+, tout le monde est invité à participer. 
La préinscription aux activités est fortement encouragée. Les personnes pourront quand même s’inscrire la journée même s’il a toujours des disponibilités. Tous les ateliers sont offerts gratuitement. 
---The Town of Shediac and the Beauséjour Family Crisis Resource Center present the Feel Good Day on Saturday, April 24. This day dedicated to women aged 50 and over. This day will demonstrate various activities to encourage well-being. Even though this day is dedicated to women over 50, everyone is welcome to participate.
Pre-registration for activities is strongly encouraged. People will still be able to register the same day if there is still availability. All workshops are offered free of charge.

Protocoles COVID-19 pour la protection des participants
<ul><li>Le port du masque est obligatoire en tout temps dans le Centre multifonctionnel. Les participants dans les activités physiques peuvent enlever leur masque une fois que l’activité commence et doit le remettre une fois que c’est terminé. 
</li><li>Il aura des stations de désinfections de mains à l’entrée des salles. 
</li><li>La distanciation physique de 2 mètres / 6 pieds sera respectée. 
</li><li>Si un participant présente deux des symptômes de la COVID-19, il sera demandé de ne pas participer à l’activité et de sortir du centre.

<ul><li>Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times in the Multipurpose Centre. Participants participating in physical activities can remove their mask once the activity begins and must put it back on when it is finished.
</li><li>There will be hand disinfection stations at the entrance to the rooms.
</li><li>Physical distance of 2 meters / 6 feet will be respected.
</li><li>If a participant has two of the symptoms of COVID-19, they will be asked not to participate in the activity and to exit the centre
