Chef Erika Araujo
Erika is a nurse in México, originally from México City, she moved with her family to Toronto 16 years ago. Erika started to cook simple recipes to comfort her family and shortly she decided to go to Humber college to study The Culinary Management program and since then she has been tireless promoting Mexican Culture through food.
Erika did not know how to cook before and she graduated the Culinary program when she was 34 years. She belives anyone can cook since she learn when she was an adult.
Chef Erika moved 2 years ago to Calgary. She is the Executive Bistro chef at Jeromes Appliances Gallery
Now she decided to create cooking classes with the support of Jeromes.
