Rotary Club of Leamington

The Leamington Rotary Club was chartered on March 12, 1936.

The club began with a focus on the development of small parks in the community. Eighty-two years later, the club has continued its support of local groups and projects including: Leamington District Memorial Hospital, The Safety Village, Jump Start, Leamington Arts Center, Hospice of Windsor-Essex -Erie Shores Campus, Leamington Kinsmen Recreation Center, Shelter Box, SpEqTRA, Bank Theatre, Cougar Robotics, Access County Community Support Services, Leamington Fire Department, Bike Safety, Highway Cleanup and High School Buraries. Internationally, the club is involved with water projects in Honduras, support for communities in Nicaragua and Rotary International's Campaign for the eradication of polio.

The Leamington Rotary Club is one of 33,000 Rotary Clubs around the world and currently has 27 members and 10 honorary members. Rotary International has a membership of 1.2 million men and women. For more information visit
