JENNIFER AVES | Free Spirit Fest Founder & Owner of Balance Health Solutions

Jennifer has over twenty years of wellness and event planning experience and now services the GTA & Georgina area. Balance Health Solutions offers the following services: massage, reflexology, reiki, nutrition, fitness, corporate retreats, and mindset coaching.

Her goal is to create a spark of possibility for new choices and problem solving within her community. She has always had a desire and drive to work and help others through volunteering wellness skills at various events aiding in promoting health and wellness. Jennifer is the author of 'KEYREST' her new book coming this summer!
