Garnet Rose Yoga
Through the yoga classes I offer, physical postures are not the only focus. Thought provoking questions are posed, insightful commentary given, gentle cues of love and faith spoken – all while we experiment with breath work, core engagement, points of concentration and the filling of our minds with all that is good.
I value and respect the impact of everyone’s unique life experiences and how they inform their response to me as their guide, to their yoga practice as well to the space we are inhabiting. My hope and intention is that all participants leave class with an inherent sense of belonging as well as greater sense of community.
