I have been walking a Tantric path for over 10 years and incorporate many different teachings and practices into my work. My deepest calling is to guide women back home to their essence and to the voice of their womb. To stand in their authentic truth and have the confidence to speak it.

Weaving together Tantra and shamanism, embodiment, earthing practices, meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, and energy medicine, I help you unearth the root cause of what's holding you back from living your best life. Together we breakthrough limiting beliefs and soften into self-love and self-acceptance, so you can heal at the foundational level, and truly create the life of your dreams.

You align with a primal, ancestral energy that for too long we have been told was dangerous and should be shamed. This energy allows you to be powerful and successful in your career while still feeling sensual and feminine, speak up for yourself without feeling “bossy”, and take self-care time without feeling guilty or that you have to "do" something to deserve it.

When women connect in sisterhood we feel seen, heard, honored, and are given the permission we've been craving to JUST BE OURSELVES. This leads to deeper trust in your own inner voice, the strength to follow it, and a more fulfilling and empowered life.
