Jess Cam

Jess is the founder of Acrotantra and one of the pillars of the Acroyoga Quebec community.

After becoming deeply interested in the subtle energies that surround us, she decided to devote her attention to sacred space holding, tantra and shamanic practices. From her background in primary school teaching, she understands that the most efficient way to learn is through play. Therefore, she decided to use acroyoga as a doorway to integrate some of the tantric principles.

Giggly, caring and more often seen upside down, she loves to offer a holistic experience when sharing her passion. It is with great passion that she presents Acroyoga, from another angle.

Ada Cochrane

“Ada,” short for Adelaida, believes that pleasure is infinite and that learning through pleasure is the embodied spiritual path. This path starts first with relationship to self and from that place of wholeness expands to meaningful and juicy connections to others. Pleasure is one of the most profound gifts of being conscious in this physical body.

For her, sexual energy is sacred and a direct channel to spirit. However, this infinite source is only accessible in direct proportion to how loved and safe we feel within our own beings. As such, Ada believes that self love and somatic safety awareness are foundational aspects to any kind of deep healing and ritualistic manifestation practice.

Ada is a doula, embodiment coach, and somatic healer who focuses on the dynamic relationship between intimacy, pleasure, and safety in the body. Ada’s intention is to bring the spirituality and sacredness back into the cultivation of our sexual power, and to learn to sublimate this creation energy for spiritual purposes.
