Jillian Hosey MSW RSW

Jillian Hosey MSW RSW is a clinical social worker and trauma therapist with extensive experience providing assessment and treatment to clients of all ages who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.

Her background is in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

Jillian is one of the few practitioners in Canada who is extensively trained, supervised, and experienced in using EMDR with children and youth (ages 4 and older). She is trained under the supervision of Ana Gomez, Psychotherapist, Author, Lecturer, and Researcher in EMDR Therapy (AZ).

She is also a founding partner of the Healing Therapy Alliance, a collective of integrative Psychotherapists, Wellness Therapists, and Addictions Counsellors.
