Laura Hansen Designs for the Prince George Rotary Hospice House
Laura Hansen of Laura Hansen Designs lost her father, Ed Cutway to lung cancer 10 years ago. Ed's final days were spent at the Prince George Rotary Hospice House where he received wonderful attention in his final hours. Ed passed away in the Rotary Room which was all the more poignant to Laura as she is a dedicated Rotarian.
To commemorate her father's love of desserts and women, Laura decided to organize Girlfriends Who Care to honor the 10 years since her dad died peacefully at Hospice.
The Prince George Rotary Hospice House provides end of life care for the terminally ill as well as help with pain management for those who suffer debilitating pain.
The PG Rotary Hospice House provides a dignified, home like setting for those wishing to spend their lasts days surrounded by their family and friends. Supportive and caring staff are at the Hospice House around the clock to help everyone in this end of life journey.
Because Hospice House is only partially funded by the government, there is an ongoing need to raise money to keep this wonderful organization running.
