Nicole Catenazzi

Nicole is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in hatha, vinyasa, restorative yoga and meditation. Her goal is to help you find your power, your potential and your peace through movement, meditation and self-inquiry by encouraging you to move in a way that feels good for your body. An avid traveller, she has taught around the world and is currently based in Hamilton, Ontario.
