PŪR Resilience
PŪR Resilience is a community, online studio built on the strategy of Begin + Build and focuses on 3 core pillars: Yoga, Movement + Awareness.
To support our Begin + Build strategy we offer Foundation 101 series' for every core class we have on the schedule. We have developed a program aimed to help you from the beginning and evolve your journey to where you want to take it.
We host live classes, pre-recorded classes, you can purchase by the class or be a Member. Members have access to a full Membership Library full of hundreds of classes. And full access to the Foundation 101 series so that you can start new, not be intimidated or self-conscious. We will support you with tools, personal care and levels of classes that you can move through at your own pace. This supports beginners and those who are already active to progress their practices too.
