Prepare your palate! Guest Chef Poyan Danesh of <A HREF="http://oceanmama.ca/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ocean Mama Seafood</A>, will create a unique gastronomic dinning experience celebrating the Gold Medal plates of <A HREF="https://www.foodbloggersofcanada.com/2012/10/culinary-team-canada-brings-home-gold-from-the-2012-culinary-olympics/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Culinary Team Canada</A>. Chef Danesh will prepare these plates with the help of Vancouver Community College's International Culinary Arts students.

This pop-up style restaurant is a way to showcase VCC alumni chefs and support current and future students. A portion of all ticket sales will go towards scholarships and bursaries for culinary arts students.
