This unique series harnesses the power of expressive arts to provide participants with a sanctuary for self-expression, exploration, and rejuvenation. No prior experience with art is necessary! The simplicity of the activities is designed to cater to sensory stimulation, imagination, and deep reflection. Objectives:Community Building: Forge connections with fellow parents and caregivers who share similar experiences and challenges.Emotional Support: Experience a reprieve from daily responsibilities, allowing space for reflection and growth.Empowerment &amp; Discovery: Utilize the arts as a conduit for self-discovery, insight, and personal empowerment.
